Kenny Safford is an experienced product manager and designer with a strong background in the protective gear industry. Since 2009, Safford has been with Mechanix Wear, initially serving as a senior product designer before advancing to the role of product manager, where the focus has been on innovative glove design. Prior to this, Safford worked as the art director and lead designer at AXO America from 2004 to 2009, revitalizing the brand while maintaining its heritage through a focus on graphics and apparel. Safford's career began at Alpinestars, where time as art director coincided with significant growth for the brand from 1993 to 2004. Safford holds an education from the ArtCenter College of Design, attended between 1985 and 1987.
