Chris Daniels

Chris Daniels has extensive experience in business operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations - IT Controller for Mecklenburg County since July 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing a business unit with five direct reports, developing and implementing strategic business plans, and managing performance measurements and budgets. Previous roles within the County have involved project management, vendor contract management, and coordination of professional development training. Prior to Mecklenburg County, Chris worked as a Financial Consultant at SunTrust Bank, achieving top sales performance and providing financial planning services. Chris holds an MBA from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Communication from Appalachian State University.
