Lauren Guida

Lauren Guida is an experienced HR professional specializing in talent acquisition and compliance management. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at Med-Metrix since September 2022, Lauren previously held the position of Compliance Program Manager at Highmark Health from May 2018 to August 2022. In this role, Lauren oversaw compliance with various laws and managed the background check process for 12,000 hires annually. Prior experiences include senior roles in talent acquisition and human resources at Microsemi Corporation and its predecessor Vitesse Semiconductor, where Lauren effectively managed recruiting efforts and reduced hiring costs. Additional experience includes coordinating HR functions at Spy Optic and HCR ManorCare. Lauren holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
