Jon McClelland

Jon McClelland has extensive experience in product and customer success roles within the healthcare technology sector. At Medable, Inc, from February 2021 to October 2023, Jon held multiple titles, including Chief Product Officer, Chief Customer Success Officer, and SVP, General Manager eCOA. Prior to Medable, Jon served as a Senior Principal at IQVIA from October 2019 to January 2021 and was a Board Member at PatientsWithPower, a cloud-service company that empowers cancer patients to make informed treatment decisions, from June 2015 to January 2021. Jon's earlier career included significant roles at ERT, as Vice President of Development and Head of eCOA Product and Portfolio Management from June 2012 to August 2019, and at invivodata, as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Product Management from January 2000 to June 2012. Jon holds a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.
