MedAdvisor Solutions global mission is to empower the pharmacy of the future to help people manage their healthcare, one prescription at a time. The software provides support in tracking medications with digital-first pharmacy tools and educational content that improves health literacy and medication adherence.

The role:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals that educate, inspire, and persuade across multiple channels. You will ensure brand consistency, creativity, and strategic alignment, working collaboratively to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging designs that resonate with our key audiences.
This is a part time, 4 day per week, 12-month contract.
1. Creative Design & Brand Development
- Develop high-quality print and digital assets using illustration, typography, photography, and computer-generated imagery to maximize impact.
- Design compelling marketing materials specifically for Australian pharmacies, ensuring brand alignment across in-store signage, POS materials, and digital assets to drive app adoption.
- Create engaging visual content for MedAdvisor's app marketing campaigns, including user guides, in-app graphics, and social media assets to enhance user onboarding and engagement.
- Ensure the application of brand guidelines to drive consistency across all marketing, sales, and product materials.
- Enhance and edit photography and graphics to align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Optimize website design elements to improve user engagement and accessibility.
- Develop assets for direct-to-pharmacy marketing, including brochures, digital banners, and educational materials to drive pharmacy engagement and MedAdvisor program adoption.
- Optimize app store graphics and digital ad creatives to improve MedAdvisor app downloads and retention in the Australian market.
- Design targeted patient communication materials, such as reminder cards, posters, and email templates, to support pharmacy-led patient engagement initiatives.
2. Project Management & Execution
- Translate marketing briefs into creative, high-quality designs from concept to production.
- Prioritize projects, manage deadlines, and coordinate with internal stakeholders effectively.
- Identify and incorporate global design trends to enhance visual storytelling and brand differentiation.
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of all design projects.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Communicate across all levels of the business and actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
- Collaborate with sales team and industry stakeholders to develop co-branded marketing assets that support pharmacy adoption of MedAdvisor solutions.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with internal stakeholders as required.
- 7+ years' experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or digital health environment, demonstrated across all mediums – digital, print, print via a diverse and compelling portfo
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, etc.).
- Familiarity with Canva for fast, collaborative designs.
- Experience with HubSpot to integrate design with marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of how to leverage AI-powered tools and other advanced technologies to streamline design processes and output.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar graphic design role.
