Previous roles at Medallia include Senior Director and Director of Product Design, where contributions included leading user experience design for key product portfolios. Diane's background also includes significant positions at Digital Insight, Intuit, Microsoft, Yahoo!, eBay Inc., Escalate Inc., and LookSmart, where skills in mobile design strategy, user-centered design processes, and team leadership were honed. Diane holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the University of California, Berkeley.
