Most recently, he served as strategic advisor and chief business officer for Qualtrics following its Clarabridge acquisition. As CEO of Clarabridge, Mark pivoted the business into a conversational AI leader that sold to Qualtrics for $1.1 billion. Mark also served as CEO of Flexera Software and has been on the Board of the Nature Conservancy, Pace Harman, Bucknell University, and several Thoma Bravo portfolio companies. Early in his career he held leadership roles at IBM, Crossworlds Software, Deloitte Consulting, and Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and spent five years with the U.S. Navy.
