Najam Kazmi

Najam Kazmi is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in managing financial operations and administration within non-governmental organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Médecins du Monde since September 2019, Najam leads efforts to enhance financial quality and accountability in Myanmar's mission. Previous roles include Head of Administration and Finance, Senior Finance Manager at Action Against Hunger, and Head of Finance and Operations at the British Council, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, contract oversight, and project performance analysis. Key achievements include successful leadership of emergency response programs at Save the Children and extensive experience managing funds and financial reporting across various organizations. Najam holds a degree in Management Accountancy and Finance from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan.
