Suleiman Mallah

Suleiman Mallah is a skilled professional with extensive experience in learning and development within humanitarian organizations. Currently serving as a Regional Learning and Development Advisor at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since May 2025, Suleiman previously worked at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) from August 2014 to May 2025, where roles included Learning and Development Trainer and Learning and Development Unit Regional Course Administrator. In these roles, Suleiman facilitated various training programs, contributed to course development and evaluation, and provided administrative support for learning initiatives. Prior to that, Suleiman held a position as a Contact Center Executive at Aramex, ensuring high standards of customer service. Suleiman holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Employment Relations from Università degli Studi di Torino (2018-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Al Ahliyya Amman University (2008-2013).
