Vishal Mitra

Vishal Mitra is an experienced human resources professional with a significant tenure at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), currently serving as the Country Head of Human Resources since September 2023. In a career spanning over a decade with MSF, Vishal has held multiple roles including Country Head of Human Resources, Manager of HR and Facilities, and Deputy Head of HR. Prior to MSF, Vishal worked as the Country Head of Human Resources for SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL. Alongside extensive operational experience, Vishal holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.
