Charles Merola has extensive experience in IT and network operations, currently serving as the Manager of IT and Network Operations at MEDfx Corporation since March 2002. In this role, responsibilities include systems and network design, installation, maintenance, and management of private cloud environments, as well as ensuring system continuity and optimization across multiple sites. Expertise spans storage management, database management, virtualized infrastructure, and administration of both Linux and Windows systems, alongside Cisco administration. Prior to this position, Charles worked as a Systems Administrator at SAGE Environmental, Inc. from January 1997 to March 2002.
