Ravi Gupta

Ravi Gupta is a highly experienced professional in the field of bioinformatics, with a background in computer science and electronics. Ravi has held various leadership positions in companies such as MEDGENOME and SciGenom, where Ravi has been instrumental in managing bioinformatics teams, designing workflows for NGS data analysis, and developing bioinformatics tools. Ravi has also worked at The Wistar Institute as a Staff Scientist and Post-doctoral Fellow, where Ravi planned and executed bioinformatics plans for research projects, collaborated with bench biologists, and wrote grants for funding. With a PhD in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, Ravi has a strong foundation in both computational biology and bioinformatics.
