Vicky Munda is a marketing and communication professional with a diverse range of work experience. Vicky currently holds the position of Marketing and Communication Head at Medhavi Foundation since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amity University from October 2018 to August 2023, where they served as the Digital Communication Head, Campaign Manager, PR, and Digital Strategist. In this role, they oversaw public relations and social media strategies to promote the university and its admission efforts, managed social media accounts, and developed a company-wide communication strategy. Before joining Amity University, Vicky worked as the Communication Head, Campaign Manager, Public Policy, PR, and Digital Strategist for a political organization from June 2013 to September 2018. Vicky'sresponsibilities included on-ground and digital PR for elections, organizing political rallies, and managing social media accounts for political candidates. Vicky also gained internship experience at the Center for Education, NGO, Ranchi in 2012, where they worked on a Bamboo Development Project. Additionally, they interned at Big Bazaar, Future Group in 2009, where they gained sales experience as a Trainee Sales Executive.
Vicky Munda's education history begins in 2012, where they attended Whistling Woods International and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. During the same year, they also enrolled in Whistling Woods International School of Communications in Mumbai, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Communication Management. They further pursued their education at Whistling Woods International School of Communication in Mumbai, completing another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Film & TV production & Programming Management, Sound Production, and Music Industry Management in 2014.
In terms of additional certifications, Vicky Munda obtained the Campaign Manager Certification Exam, Google Ads Search Certification, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification in January 2021 from Google.

Medhavi Foundation runs a chain of skill training centres across Jharkhand state working with more than 5000 students every year. Medhavi Foundation is a section 25 incorporated not for profit company aimed towards bridging the gap between the employability of the rural youths and the manpower requirements of industries. To achieve its mission, Medhavi Foundation has tied-up with the National Skill Development Corporation, various corporates, and several state skill missions and has mandates to skill-train and create employment opportunities for 50,000 youths in next 5 years. Medhavi currently owns and runs a chain of skill development centres across 7 east and northeast states of India. In the past 6 years, Medhavi Foundation has trained and placed 6000 students across various sectors via government-sponsored, CSR and paid programmes across India. Medhavi has also set up and run - Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras- across India which is a flagship project of the central government under Skill-India campaign.
