In addition to MEDHOST, Phil is currently a Director of Forte Research Systems and SkillSurvey. His historical investments include AOD Software (acquired by MatrixCare), Encore Legal Solutions (acquired by Epiq Systems), ExactCare Pharmacy (recap to Nautic Partners), Passport Health Communications (acquired by Experian), PathGroup (recap to The Pritzker Group), SterilMed (acquired by Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company), Universal Tax Systems (acquired by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business), and Vendormate (acquired by Global Healthcare Exchange).
Prior to joining Primus, Phil served in various roles at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. He earned and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.
