Giles Smith has a diverse work experience in various industries. Giles is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Media Zoo since August 2023, where they previously held the role of Managing Director from July 2022 to September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Solution Director at Media Zoo from September 2020 to July 2022. Giles also has a passion for football and is currently a Team Coach for the U13 Girls Team at Windlesham United FC. In their previous roles at QA Ltd, they served as the Director of Solutions for Financial Services from June 2019 to July 2020, the Director of Enterprise Sales and Services from June 2015 to June 2019, the Head of Sales from June 2013 to June 2015, and the Head of Strategic Client Solutions from November 2010 to June 2013. Before joining QA Ltd, Giles worked at Deverill Ltd as the Sales Director - London from January 2001 to March 2006.
Giles Smith obtained a BA degree in Business and Organisational Studies from the University of Central Lancashire, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Fellow in 2021 from The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute).
