Jenna Verster

Jenna Verster (née Etheridge) has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as the Online News Editor at Media24 (Pty) Ltd since April 2015. At News24, Jenna excels in producing high-traffic stories and leads the weekend news team, demonstrating strong skills in team management, communication, and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Jenna was the Cape Town bureau chief and journalist at the South African Press Association, where responsibilities included compiling the daily news diary and covering diverse beats. Jenna also contributed to 'Learn The News' for children and held the position of Head of PR service at Link2Media. Academic qualifications include a postgraduate certificate in Journalism Innovation and Leadership from the University of Central Lancashire and a Master of Arts in Media Studies from the University of Cape Town.
