Jonathan Coscia

Jonathan Coscia has 23 years of experience in the cable industry and has served as our Senior Vice President, Customer Service since July 2022. Prior to that time, he was our Group Vice President, Customer Service since July 2012, and our Vice President, Customer Service since July 2008. Prior to joining Mediacom, Mr. Coscia worked for multiple management consulting companies serving the cable industry after starting his career in Call Center Operations with Adelphia Communications in 1999. Jonathan also serves as an Executive Co-Chair on the C5 Committee affiliated with the Cable Center.
