David is currently the VP of Global Customer Success Operations and Data at Mediaocean, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Customer Success at Darwin AI from June 2021 to October 2022. From 2008 to 2021, they held various positions at Mediaocean, including Vice President of Customer Success, VP Sales Operations, VP of Platform Development Operations, and Director of Technical Operations. Before joining Mediaocean, they worked as an Accounting Manager at Echo Global Logistics and as a Senior Analyst at InnerWorkings.
David Bigler obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics and Finance from Loyola University Chicago in the years 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree specializing in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago in the years 2006 to 2007. Additionally, in November 2010, they received certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of New Jersey.
