Eugenia Perez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Eugenia began their career as an Office Assistant at Katom International in 2002. Eugenia then worked as a Lab Manager/Research Assistant at Florida International University from 2001 to 2006, where they supervised and trained new research assistants and validated data for accuracy.

In 2006, Eugenia joined NBCUniversal, Inc. as an HR Coordinator for the Telemundo Network Group. Eugenia later became an HR Specialist at Telemundo Media, where they prepared materials for succession planning and managed the internship program application process.

From 2011 to 2015, Eugenia worked as a Manager of Human Resources at the Telemundo Network within NBCUniversal Hispanic Group. In this role, they provided HR support and oversaw various areas including recruitment, performance feedback, workforce development, and employee relations.

Most recently, Eugenia is Vice President of Human Resources at Mediapro U.S., a leading production company for the U.S. market. Before their current role, they served as the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager.

Eugenia Perez obtained their Bachelor's Degree in an unspecified field of study from Universidad de Mendoza in 1995-1996. Eugenia later pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Florida International University from 2001 to 2002. Eugenia continued their education at the same university, completing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2004 to 2006.
