Igor Ilic

Igor Ilic is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and corporate finance. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Finance at MediaTek, Ilic previously held the position of VP Integration and Leasing at PTW Group, focusing on M&A activities, due diligence, and post-merger integration. As an independent consultant from 2021 to 2023, Ilic specialized in global technology strategy, financial transformation, and scalable operations. Notable prior roles include Vice President of Finance and Central Engineering at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Managing Director at GE Capital, and Managing Director at Bear Stearns Investment Bank, among others. Ilic holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a B.S.E.E. from the University of Zagreb.
