Shanhua Xue is currently serving as the SoC Architect and Director at MediaTek since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as SoC Architect Lead at Qualcomm from October 2011 to February 2022, where Shanhua focused on SOC architecture and low-power system design for numerous Snapdragon 8xx generations. Previous positions also include SoC Design Lead/Architect at Broadcom from October 2010 to October 2011, and a similar role at Motorola, Inc. from November 2000 to October 2010, where expertise encompassed video codec and security SOCs. Shanhua Xue started a career at Cadence Design Systems as a member of the technical staff in ASIC design engineering for broadband communication SOCs. Academically, Shanhua holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and is a PhD candidate in the same field.
