Dylan McTaggart has had a diverse range of work experience over the years. Dylan started their career at Dan Murphy's as a Duty Manager from February 2012 to February 2016. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Butterfly | Digital agency, initially as a Developer and later on as a Development Team Leader. Dylan then joined Billy as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2019 to July 2020. Afterwards, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer & Architect at ECH Inc. from July 2020 to December 2021, and as a Development Team Lead from October 2021 to September 2022. Most recently, they served as a Software Engineering Team & Technical Lead at EthicalJobs.com.au from September 2022 to July 2023. Currently, Dylan holds the role of Lead Product Engineer - New Ventures at Medibank, starting from July 2023.
Dylan McTaggart attended Warrnambool College from 2005 to 2010. Dylan then pursued a Bachelor of Software Engineering at RMIT University from 2011 to 2014. In 2016, they obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.

The Company has two segments: Health Insurance and Complementary Services. The Health Insurance segment offers private health insurance products, including hospital cover and extras cover, as stand-alone products or packaged products that combine the two. Its hospital cover provides members with health cover for hospital treatments, whereas extras cover provides health cover for healthcare services, such as dental, optical and physiotherapy. The Health Insurance segment also offers health insurance products to overseas visitors and overseas students. The Complementary Services segment offers a range of activities, including contracting with government and corporate customers to provide health management services, as well as providing a range of telehealth services in Australia and New Zealand.
