Elise Boxer

Elise Boxer has a strong background in project management and change implementation. Elise has held various senior leadership roles in different companies. At Medibank, they worked as an Executive Manager to the CFO and Head of Delivery Portfolio, where they supported the execution of group priorities and drove strategic goals and initiatives. Elise was also responsible for operationalizing strategy and managing project health and benefit realization. Prior to this, Elise was the Head of Business Delivery at Medibank, where they led a team in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide framework for effective initiative delivery. Elise also worked as the Head of Customer Proposition Delivery and Operations at Medibank. Elise has experience in the IT industry as well, having worked as a Senior Project & Change Manager at Shell Australia Limited, where they managed IT integration and change management work streams. At Bupa Australia, they served as a Program and Change Implementation Lead, delivering programs for the Department of Veteran Affairs and managing project plan management and health coaching initiatives. Elise has also worked at the Financial Services Authority as a Change and Implementation Manager, overseeing the implementation of a market surveillance system. Elise has previous experience at Barclays Capital and AXA, where they held various roles in project management and business analysis. Elise started their career at Accenture, where they worked as a Manager and Consultant, leading change management initiatives and implementing SAP systems for global clients.
