Currently serving as Senior Executive Healthcare Funding and Policy at Medibank since January 2014, Nick leads a newly established team focused on health policy reform and managing over $5 billion in annual healthcare claims, alongside a payment integrity program aimed at reducing waste and enhancing customer affordability. Previous roles at Medibank include Senior Executive Healthcare Funding & Strategy, Senior Executive Strategy and Analytics, and Head of Provider Strategy, where Nick managed significant teams and developed funding models for healthcare services. Prior to Medibank, Nick held various managerial positions at PwC, including Manager of Economics & Policy and Manager of Healthcare Strategy. Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Monash University.

Its hospital cover provides members with health cover for hospital treatments, whereas extras cover provides health cover for healthcare services, such as dental, optical and physiotherapy.
