Dawn Mier

Dawn Mier is an experienced executive assistant currently supporting the VP of Corporate Compliance at Medica since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mier worked at UnitedHealth Group from January to June 2023, assisting the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services and the Vice President of Sourcing and Procurement. Earlier experience includes providing executive support to the President and CEO of PreferredOne during its transition to UnitedHealthcare from April 2022 to January 2023, and a significant tenure at Fairview Health Services from May 2017 to April 2022, where Mier coordinated Board of Directors meetings and supported senior leadership. Mier's career began at Allina Health, where responsibilities spanned administrative coordination across various departments. Mier holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Assisting from Normandale Community College.
