Penny Tatman

Penny Tatman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytical consulting and business insights within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Analytical Consulting and Business Insights at Medica since December 2012, Penny leads analytics and reporting functions for various business segments, overseeing a diverse team dedicated to supporting value-based contracts. Previously held roles at Medica include Director of Value-Based Reporting & Analysis and Manager of Provider Measurement Analytics, where collaborations with leadership facilitated clinical and financial reporting for provider partners. Prior to Medica, Penny contributed as a Senior Biostatistician/Research Analyst at HealthEast Care System, a Program Evaluator at Ramsey County Human Services, and various research-focused positions at the University of Minnesota and National Marrow Donor Program. Penny holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
