Danita Kettles has extensive experience in customer service, having held various positions across multiple organizations since 2011. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Medical Mutual since October 2018, Danita has previously worked at Exela Technologies, Dollar Bank, The Spitz Law Firm, New York Life Insurance Company, Progressive Insurance, and U.S. Bank. Responsibilities have included assisting customers with account management, loan applications, and financial inquiries, as well as providing information and support via inbound calls.
