Lynn Fichter

Lynn Fichter serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Medical Mutual since April 2024, previously holding key compliance roles at Cleveland Clinic from January 2017 to April 2024, including Senior Director and Director of Corporate Compliance. Before this, Lynn was the Chief Compliance Officer at Cleveland Clinic Akron General from March 2012 to December 2016 and worked as Associate Counsel at DentalOne Partners from March 2008 to March 2012. Earlier in Lynn's career, experience includes serving as an Attorney at the State Medical Board of Ohio and Of Counsel at Herbert & Benson. Lynn holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from The Ohio State University.
