MedicAlert speaks for our members when they can’t, via our membership service and custom-made medical ID jewellery.

The jewellery is worn on pulse points (wrists or neck) and is engraved with the members'​ most vital medical information to aid initial care decisions in an emergency. It also carries the internationally recognised medical symbol and our 24/7 emergency line number, enabling first responders to gain access to the full medical record. 

Unique to MedicAlert, our in-house team of medical professionals review all member records when they are created and when they’re updated, to ensure they are medically sound for use in an emergency. Member records can include medical conditions, allergies, medication information, medical history, contact details, medical documentation and more.
