Carl Moore is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the skincare and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as General Manager UK at Medik8, Carl is tasked with scaling the business significantly over the next three years. Previously, as the Founder of Cotmore Growth Partners, Carl provided strategic advisory services to high-growth businesses and turnaround scenarios. Carl's tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Bambino Mio® included driving substantial revenue growth through a new direct-to-consumer strategy and overseeing a comprehensive business restructure. As CEO of Skinsmiths, Carl successfully transformed a struggling skincare clinic business and led its profitable sale. Other notable positions include Chief Operating Officer at Childs Farm Ltd and Commercial Director roles at Slimfast and L'Oréal. Carl holds a BA in Economics from the University of Leicester, alongside further education from Cranfield School of Management and INSEAD.
