Currently serving as the Business Development Director at Medinet, Tom Fleet focuses on enhancing NHS elective patient pathways by creating tailored capacity solutions to address backlogs and improve patient care. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at Archus, Tom Fleet leveraged clinical expertise to spearhead strategic transformation initiatives. Tom Fleet’s clinical career includes roles as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist and Senior Physiotherapist at Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust, alongside experience in various physiotherapy settings such as Impact Physiotherapy and Physio Reform. Tom Fleet holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Nottingham.
