Bader F. Al-Shabrain, MSc, PMP, serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Mediserv KSA since January 2021, leading governmental affairs and managing regulatory compliance with various authorities, including the Saudi FDA and Ministry of Health. Prior to this role, Bader held the position of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Manager at Medical Supplies and Services Co. Ltd. from July 2018, overseeing daily operations and external communications. Bader's experience also includes a tenure at the Saudi Food & Drug Authority as Head of the Advertising Section and Laboratory Specialist, contributing to medical device regulation and compliance. Bader began a career in medical technology at King Fahad Medical City, where responsibilities included blood banking and transfusion services. Bader holds a Master's degree in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration from King Saud University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science.
