Arnoud Schouw

Arnoud Schouw currently serves as the Vice President of Global Customer Support at Medius since June 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Vice President of Customer Support Services at Basware from June 2010 to June 2025. Schouw has also held positions as Director of Professional Services for several regions at Basware, and worked as an Outsourcing Manager at NXP Semiconductors. In earlier roles, Schouw managed professional services across EMEA at NetEconomy B.V., served as Project Manager at Ahold N.V., and worked on cooperation projects between the European Patent Office and the US Patent and Trademark Office. Schouw’s education includes an engineering degree in Computer Science from De Haagse Hogeschool and various professional development courses, such as at Aalto University and certifications in strategic selling and anti-money laundering.
