Erik Rokaas

Erik Rokaas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of procurement and customer success, currently serving as the Senior Director of Professional Services at Medius since May 2009, where leadership is provided to the global Elevate advisory program. Previous roles at Medius include Senior Director of Customer Success for North America, Partner Enablement Manager, and several leadership positions in operations and project management. Erik played a vital role as a Board Member at BRF Johanneberg 1937, overseeing financial responsibilities, and contributed to enhancing business relations during tenure as Consular Assistant for Technology & Trade at the Consulate of Sweden in San Diego. Education includes a Master's degree in Supply Chain Design and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and various academic experiences at renowned institutions, including Stanford University and Università Bocconi.
