Philippe Nicard

Philippe Nicard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in professional services and customer experience within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as VP of Professional Services at Medius since 2020, Nicard oversees a team of over 20 professionals across Europe, the USA, and Australia. Prior to this, Nicard was the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Expensya, managing a team of over 40 while leading numerous projects during the company's acquisition by Medius. Earlier roles include Outsourcing and Support Operations Director at Talentia Software, General Manager France and EMEA Professional Services VP at Epsilon, and EMEA Professional Services Director at DoubleClick. Nicard holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Centrale Méditerranée and a Baccalauréat C with honors from Lycée Marcelin Berthelot.
