Brandie Parker is an experienced Business Intelligence Manager at MedRisk, with a career spanning from November 2014 to the present, holding various roles that include Jr Project Manager, Manager of the Customer Advocacy Department, and Clinical Advocate. Brandie has effectively managed teams and projects focused on process improvement and customer service. Prior to MedRisk, Brandie volunteered with Dress for Success Philadelphia and worked in customer service roles, including at Sheldrake Point Winery and Pier 1 Imports. Brandie holds a Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualizations from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, both from Ithaca College.
