Prior to that, they held the position of AVP of Human Resources at CIGNA for a duration of 20 years, from September 1984 to September 2004. Julia also worked at CIGNA Companies as an AVP of Human Resources during the same period.
Julia DeMoss earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Michigan in 1965. Julia later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Notre Dame, completing their studies in 1977.
