Meg Tyre has held various roles throughout their work experience. Meg started working at St Cuthbert's in 1997 as a PA to Associate Principals and continued in that role until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Auckland Grammar School as a Database Manager. In 2014, they joined Diocesan School for Girls and held multiple positions including Business Information Administrator, Business Information Application & Data Specialist, and ICT Trainer. Meg'smost recent role was at Medtech Global starting in July 2022 as a Training Consultant and Project Lead.
Meg Tyre attended Epsom Girls' Grammar School from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained University Entrance. Following this, they enrolled at the Manukau Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a degree in Nursing and became a registered comprehensive nurse in New Zealand. In August 2020, Meg Tyre also obtained certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist Word 2016 Expert from Microsoft.
