Chad Schilda

Chad Schilda is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over two decades in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Medtronic since September 2015, Chad has progressed through various roles including Senior Manager and Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to joining Medtronic, Chad worked at Johnson & Johnson from June 2001 to September 2015, holding positions such as Senior Recruiting Consultant, Region Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Manager of Talent Acquisition, along with experience as a Senior Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned from 1991 to 1995.
