Gretchen Thielen

Gretchen Thielen, CMP, CEM, is a Senior Physician Relations Specialist for the Structural Heart Business at Medtronic since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Conference Sales & Partnerships and Senior Manager for Exhibits & Sponsorships at the American Academy of Neurology from September 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing a $15M portfolio, driving sales revenue, overseeing strategic partnerships, and optimizing conference planning. Earlier roles involved working as District Manager at ADP and Sales and Service Representative at State Farm Insurance, where Gretchen developed strong client relationships and consistently achieved sales goals. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
