Jay Olson

Jay Olson currently serves as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Medtronic since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from January 2024 to July 2024, focusing on Applicant Tracking Systems and communication strategies. From May 2022 to January 2024, Jay held the position of Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Andersen Corporation, where significant achievements included launching an enterprise-wide talent acquisition service structure and filling over 6,500 positions in 2022. Between October 2014 and June 2022, Jay was the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Randstad Sourceright, overseeing a global team supporting Gilead Sciences. Earlier experience includes positions at Jack Link's Beef Jerky, where Jay served as Talent Acquisition Leader. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Bethel University, earned in 2000.
