Julieann Rader

JulieAnn Rader is a finance professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving in the Neuroscience Portfolio Finance role at Medtronic since October 2024, JulieAnn previously held multiple finance leadership positions at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc., where responsibilities included managing commercial and business development finance, conducting financial analyses for major acquisitions, and facilitating long-range planning processes. JulieAnn also served as Director of FP&A at Q-State Biosciences, overseeing corporate FP&A functions, annual budget processes, and financial performance management across numerous R&D programs. Earlier roles included Associate Director of Business Operations at Pairnomix LLC and research positions at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the National Institutes of Health. JulieAnn holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Molecular Biology from Colgate University.
