Kristine Gredzens

Kristine Gredzens is a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in the medical device sector, particularly at Medtronic from January 2020 to June 2022. As VP of Finance and CFO of Peripheral Vascular Health, Kristine partnered with the executive leadership team to enhance financial results and achieve strategic objectives. Previously, Kristine served as CFO and Senior Finance Director for Cardiac Surgery, where responsibilities included leading global finance functions and addressing significant financial issues to support business strategy and annual planning. Prior to Medtronic, Kristine worked as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen from February 1999 to May 2002. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance/Strategy from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
