Akshay worked at Medi Assist as a Senior Engineer from April 2018 to November 2021 where Akshay handled L1, L2 voice related issues and troubleshooting. Prior to that, Akshay was a System Engineer at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) from August 2015 to April 2018, providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, software applications, and hardware. Currently, Akshay is with Meesho since November 2021 as a Manager Network Voice and serves as a Team Lead - Network Voice, providing strategic technical direction, roadmap design, installation & configuration of CC solutions, and collaborating with project and operational teams and 3rd party vendors.
