Jaideep Saindane is a professional with experience in management consulting and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Strategy & Ops Assistant Manager in the CTO's office at Meesho, Jaideep previously worked as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated as the President of ECell at IIM Calcutta. Additional experience includes working as a Strategy Consultant at iKure Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. and an intern in the Leadership Program at Tata Consultancy Services. Jaideep holds an Integrated Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Engineering Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and completed an education at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2020 to 2022.
