Steph Pacharz is an innovative leader in educational product development, currently serving as Product Innovation Lead at Meg Languages since October 2022, where the focus is on creating advanced language and cultural learning solutions utilizing emerging technologies. Prior experience includes roles as Curriculum Contributor at NoRedInk, Educational Resource Coordinator at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, and various teaching positions, including 1st Grade Teacher and Team Lead at Aurora Public Schools and Welcoming Schools, the latter focusing on inclusive education and professional development for elementary schools. Steph holds an Instructional Design MicroMasters from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Indiana University Indianapolis.
