Madalina Glodea has extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Talent Management & Org. Effectiveness Manager at Mega Image since May 2012, with a progression through various roles including Talent Architecture & Performance Manager and Performance Management Supervising Manager. Prior to this, Madalina held the position of Senior HR Consultant at VEGO, focusing on recruitment projects and improving HR procedures, and worked as a Senior Business Developer at Eurolife Consulting LLC. Madalina began a career as a Project Manager at ascendis. Educational background includes a degree in Psychology from both Titu Maiorescu University and the University of Bucharest, as well as a Master's degree in Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University.
