Abel Carvajal

Abel Carvajal is an experienced CrossFit coach currently working at SportClub and Rex Fitness since September 2021 and September 2019, respectively, while also leading classes at Coach Crossfit since January 2016. Abel directs the Escuela de Taekwon-do ITF, having established this institution in 2008, and serves as a Taekwondo ITF instructor at Megatlon since January 2015. Additionally, Abel has extensive experience as a personal and group fitness trainer, commencing work in this area in January 2003, and served as a Physical Education teacher for DINAD from January 2011 to May 2019. Abel holds a degree in Physical Education from Instituto Dr. Dalmacio Vélez Sarsfield and a training specialization from UCES.
