Prior to this role, Saad held the position of Assistant Manager in Administration & Security at Daraz from October 2022 to November 2024, and worked as a Loss Prevention Officer at The Westin Dhaka - Marriott International Inc. from January 2022 to October 2022. Saad's career started with the Bangladesh Army, where a tenure as a Lieutenant lasted from December 2016 to December 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science in International Relations and Affairs from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), completed between January 2017 and December 2020, as well as HSC and SSC degrees in Science from Millennium Scholastic School & College during 2014-2016.
