André dos Santos is an experienced talent acquisition professional and organizational psychologist with a diverse background in sourcing and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at Meight since June 2024, André has also worked as an Independent Talent Specialist since January 2015, assisting tech companies and start-ups with talent acquisition and management. As a co-founder of Hired!BCN, the only sourcing and recruitment conference in Southern Europe, André has been integral in organizing four editions of the event.
